Ascentech Services Limited, acting on behalf of our client in the automotive vehicle dealership and after-sales industry, is recruiting for the position of Warranty Manager. This full-time role is based in Victoria Island, Lagos, and falls under the administrative and secretarial job category.
We are seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to oversee warranty claims, processes, and customer service while ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company warranty policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims efficiently and accurately, liaising with customers, dealers, suppliers, and manufacturers on warranty issues, and reviewing claims to verify supporting documents and minimise fraudulent claims. Additional duties include monitoring warranty costs, trends, and performance reports, ensuring timely resolution of warranty-related complaints, and maintaining accurate warranty records and documentation.
To be considered, candidates must possess an HND or B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in warranty management, after-sales service, or a related role. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant warranty or CRM systems. Experience in the automotive, electronics, or equipment industry is an advantage.
