Position Summary: The MEL & Evidence-Pack Lead oversees the design and implementation of DART’s performance monitoring, verification readiness, learning, reporting, and evidence-packing systems. This position guarantees that all outcomes are substantiated by robust, comprehensive, and verifiable evidence, in accordance with the project’s performance-based work plan, milestone schedule, donor specifications, and Ministry of Health reporting obligations. Location: This position is based in Kampala, Uganda, with occasional national and regional travel required. Applicants must possess valid work authorization in Uganda, as visa sponsorship is not available. Overseeing reporting processes and providing supervision to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards is a key aspect of this role. Prepare quarterly progress reports, annual reports, success stories, and learning products, while also compiling and submitting donor reporting inputs under your leadership. Provide assistance in maintaining accurate baseline publication and performance reporting for facility-level data, including eider, Echos, HIE operations, system performance metrics, and other relevant project indicators.
