Catholic Relief Services (CRS) recrute un Finance Manager pour son bureau de Kinshasa, en République Démocratique du Congo. Sous la supervision du Head of Operations, vous serez responsable de la gestion financière du programme pays, en veillant à une gestion rigoureuse des ressources, à la conformité avec les politiques et lois locales, ainsi qu'à la réduction des risques financiers.
Vos
incluent le développement et la mise en œuvre de processus financiers, le conseil et le soutien aux équipes et partenaires sur la gestion du cycle de projet, la coordination de la préparation des budgets, la garantie de l'exactitude des données financières, et la supervision de l'équipe finance. Vous assurerez également la préparation de rapports précis et opportuns pour les parties prenantes, et contribuerez au renforcement des capacités des partenaires.
Pour ce poste, un diplôme de licence en comptabilité, finance, économie ou administration des affaires avec des cours de comptabilité est requis, ainsi qu'une qualification comptable (CPA/ACCA ou équivalent). Vous justifiez d'au moins 6 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, avec une solide expérience en budgétisation et analyse budgétaire. Une maîtrise dans un domaine connexe, une certification professionnelle, une expérience en ONG internationale et la connaissance des réglementations des bailleurs de fonds publics sont des atouts.
Vous maîtrisez les outils MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) et les applications de webconférence, avez une excellente capacité d'analyse et de prise de décision, et faites preuve d'un comportement éthique. La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est obligatoire, et vous devez être prêt à voyager jusqu'à 10-15 % de votre temps.
