- Cuisinier polyvalent – spécialité cuisine européenne et entrées
- Bonne maîtrise de la cuisine européenne
- Maîtrise de la préparation des entrées, salades et accompagnements
- Capacité à réaliser des plats savoureux et bien présentés
- Créativité et sens du détail
- Bonne connaissance des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
- Cuisinier(ère) – spécialité cuisine africaine
- Excellente maîtrise des plats africains traditionnels et modernes
- Capacité à garantir la qualité et la régularité des préparations
- Sens de la présentation des plats
- Maîtrise des règles d'hygiène et de conservation des aliments
- Pizzaïolo spécialiste en pâte fine
- Maîtrise de la préparation et de l'étalage de la pâte fine
- Bonne connaissance des recettes et techniques de préparation des pizzas
- Maîtrise de la cuisson au four et des temps de cuisson
- Respect strict des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
