Fairmont Hotels & Resorts recrute un Host/Hostess pour son établissement historique The Fairmont Norfolk, situé à Nairobi, au Kenya. Ce poste à temps plein est rattaché au secteur Food, Beverage and Hospitality.
Le/la titulaire du poste sera responsable de l'accueil des clients et de la coordination avec les équipes en salle et en cuisine. Il/elle jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion des réservations, l'optimisation des places assises et la satisfaction des clients tout au long du service.
Les
incluent : accueillir les clients de manière professionnelle et chaleureuse, maîtriser l'offre de restauration et les procédures opérationnelles, gérer les réservations via des plateformes numériques, coordonner avec les serveurs et le personnel en salle, attribuer les tables de manière stratégique, surveiller les temps d'attente, traiter les demandes et réservations par téléphone, communiquer les restrictions alimentaires et demandes spéciales, résoudre les réclamations avec empathie, gérer les opérations de caisse, respecter les normes de sécurité et d'hygiène, maintenir le poste d'accueil organisé et collaborer avec la direction et le personnel.
Le
excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation, fortes capacités interpersonnelles et de résolution de problèmes, sens des responsabilités et fiabilité, aptitude à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique, esprit d'équipe, capacité à se concentrer sur les besoins des clients en restant calme et courtois, et volonté de dépasser les attentes des clients. Une langue supplémentaire est un plus.
