Role Context To address and resolve customer inquiries received through various channels, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and promptness with minimal oversight. Maintaining exceptional customer service standards while facilitating efficient accounts receivable collection. Provide administrative support for Credit & Collections / Accounts Receivable (OTC) processes, including handling, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries. Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to compliance standards, as well as internal and external policies, regulations, and requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for Credit and Collections, as well as Accounts Receivable over-the-counter (OTC) functions, performing duties with moderate oversight. The role involves managing customer inquiries across various communication channels, ensuring prompt responses aligned with established standards, with a primary focus on handling inbound calls and emails within a call center setting. Additionally, the position requires proactive outbound calls to address and resolve customer queries as needed. To leverage specialized knowledge and skills in addressing recurring inquiries. To provide professional and qualitative customer service in line with set DHL standards To address customer inquiries in alignment with established DHL standards, this role involves conducting thorough internal investigations and strictly adhering to required internal procedures. Additionally, the position entails proactively reaching out to customers through outbound communication. Promptly and precisely record inquiries within the ERP system.
