Maya Média recrute des Commerciaux Réseau Baume Léon (H/F) Maya Média , agence de marketing et représentant de marques, recrute 03 Commerciaux Réseau : 01 à Douala, 01 à Yaoundé et 01 à Bafoussam.
Dans le cadre du développement du réseau de distribution de Baume Léon, nous recherchons des profils dynamiques, autonomes et orientés résultats.
Développer le territoire;
- Recruter et accompagner les grossistes;
- Prospecter les points de vente (boutiques, alimentations, pharmacies, parapharmacies, parfumeries, marchés, etc.);
- Assurer le suivi des stocks, commandes et réapprovisionnements;
- Développer les équipes commerciales des grossistes;
- Organiser les animations terrain;
- Veiller à la visibilité du produit et au respect des prix.
Formation / Diplômes
Le Commercial Réseau assure également le reporting quotidien, le suivi des paiements, la veille concurrentielle et la remontée des informations terrain.
Bac+2 minimum en commerce, marketing ou gestion;
Expérience
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en vente terrain ou distribution;
- Sens commercial, organisation, mobilité et forte orientation résultats indispensables. Candidature
