3 jours de caisse, de 10h00 à 2h00 du matin maximum. Après ces 3 jours : 1 jour de repos complet. Les 2 jours suivants, service en soirée à partir de 17h00. Puis reprise de la caisse pour 3 jours, et ainsi de suite.
