Production Workfloor Support Officer
T.O.N Corporate Services, acteur clé dans le secteur de la fabrication, recherche un(e) Production Workfloor Support Officer pour rejoindre son atelier de production à Ogun, au Nigeria. Ce poste à temps plein s'inscrit dans le domaine de la production au sein d'une entreprise spécialisée dans la fabrication de moustiquaires imprégnées d'insecticide.

En tant que Production Workfloor Support Officer, vous serez chargé(e) de fournir un soutien général sur le plancher de production. Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Soutenir les activités quotidiennes sur le plancher de production.
- Assister dans le déplacement et l'arrangement des matériaux, outils et produits finis.
- Fournir aux opérateurs de production les matériaux et articles nécessaires.
- Aider à la préparation des matériaux pour les différentes étapes du processus de production.
- Maintenir le plancher de production propre, organisé et exempt de matériaux superflus.
- Faciliter le mouvement fluide des matériaux entre les sections de production.
- Participer au tri, comptage, emballage et manipulation des matériaux et produits finis.
- Signaler tout matériau endommagé, pénurie, problème d'équipement ou autre préoccupation au superviseur.
- Suivre les procédures de production, les instructions et les consignes de sécurité au travail.

Le candidat idéal devra posséder :
- Une expérience préalable dans un environnement de production, de fabrication, d'usine ou d'atelier (un atout).
- La capacité à suivre des instructions et à travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Une bonne attention aux détails et une volonté d'apprendre.
- Une bonne condition physique pour rester debout ou se déplacer sur le plancher de production pendant de longues périodes.
- La capacité à manipuler et déplacer des matériaux lorsque nécessaire.
- De bonnes compétences en communication et en organisation.
- La capacité à travailler dans un environnement de production rapide.
- Un engagement envers la sécurité et la propreté au travail.
