Aixept Technologies is looking for energetic, tech-savvy and highly motivated Business Growth & Onboarding Associates to help businesses discover and adopt AiBiz, our all-in-one business management SaaS platform.
Job Summary
This is a full-time position based in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexible working hours. The minimum qualification is an HND, and we welcome candidates with internship or graduate experience. A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred, and English is required.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach businesses that can benefit from AiBiz. Visit businesses, speak with business owners and managers, and introduce them to AiBiz. Demonstrate AiBiz and explain how the platform can help businesses improve their operations, sales, inventory management, financial visibility, and overall efficiency. Understand prospective customers' business needs and recommend relevant AiBiz features and solutions. Assist new customers with registration, account setup, and onboarding. Guide customers through the platform and help them understand how to use its key features. Follow up with newly onboarded businesses to encourage active and continued use of AiBiz. Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective customers. Convert qualified prospects into active and paying AiBiz customers.
