Le superviseur de cuisine est responsable de la gestion de la cuisine, de la préparation quotidienne des repas et de la distribution alimentaire à Habibi.Works. Il travaille avec les participants de la communauté.
Responsabilités principales :
Superviser les ingrédients et le matériel ; coordonner avec le responsable des achats/logistique pour les achats alimentaires hebdomadaires.
Faciliter la préparation quotidienne des repas ; assurer une utilisation sûre des équipements de cuisine ; guider les participants.
Veiller à ce que des quantités appropriées soient préparées et distribuées équitablement.
Maintenir l'hygiène et la propreté ; encourager les bonnes pratiques.
Responsabilités secondaires :
Surveiller les équipements de cuisine ; trier les articles cassés ou inutiles ; communiquer les besoins matériels.
Documenter les activités de la cuisine.
Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe ; s'assurer que les courses sont gérées par le responsable des achats/logistique.

Compétences de base en cuisine.
Gestion du temps et adaptabilité.
Capacité à travailler dans des équipes changeantes et sous stress potentiel.

Engagement : minimum 6 semaines, jusqu'à 3 mois.
Âge minimum : 22 ans.
Capacité à vivre dans l'UE pendant la durée du séjour (nous ne pouvons pas soutenir les processus de visa).
