We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Location: Ketu, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

The Graduate Trainee Program is designed for fresh graduates with 0-2 years experience.

You'll rotate through key departments to build core business skills, gain hands-on experience, and fast-track your career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured training and departmental rotations.

Support daily operations, projects, and administrative tasks.

Identify process improvements and propose solutions.

Attend workshops, mentorship sessions, and performance reviews.

Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports.

Collaborate with teams across finance, operations, marketing, or tech.
