Real Estate Sales Consultant (Poste à temps plein, sur site)
Capital Apartments, situé dans le quartier Valley Arcade à Nairobi, à 15 minutes du centre des affaires, offre le luxe d'un hôtel et le confort d'un chez-soi. Nous proposons des appartements entièrement meublés d'une et deux chambres, avec un service premium.

** : Nous recherchons un consultant en vente immobilière expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste relève des domaines du conseil, de l'immobilier, des ventes et du développement commercial. Le salaire mensuel est compris entre 30 000 et 50 000 KSh.

Identifier et engager des acheteurs potentiels via différents canaux de vente. Présenter et expliquer les projets immobiliers avec précision et professionnalisme. Établir et maintenir des relations clients solides tout au long du processus de vente. Négocier et conclure des ventes pour atteindre les objectifs mensuels. Offrir un excellent service client avant, pendant et après la vente. Tenir des registres précis des prospects, des interactions clients et des activités de vente.

Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur immobilier en tant que vendeur. Capacité prouvée à travailler sous pression avec une supervision minimale.

Solides compétences en vente, négociation et service client. Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et interpersonnelle. Automotivé, orienté vers les objectifs et engagé à atteindre les cibles de vente.
