We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Pharmacy Technician certification, prior experience in a pharmacy setting, and a strong attention to detail. In summary, the Field Officer – Internal Audit will conduct audits of the enrollment team’s activities, which primarily involve surveying households and enrolling them in our program. Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring adherence to organizational objectives and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Evaluate existing field operations and identify opportunities for corrections and enhancements, providing actionable recommendations where appropriate. Ensure field officer data aligns with established quality benchmarks and promptly escalate any discrepancies noted during evaluation. Evaluate the adherence of our field team to the established GD field processes and policies. To assess and communicate critical risks linked to GD’s program within the community. Investigate and promptly report any incidents of fraud or bribery involving General Directorate staff or recipients. Evaluate stakeholders’ local assessments regarding the implementation and impact of GD’s program in their respective communities. Desired Attributes
• Proficiency in Ates (Anuria) and Ngakarimojong (Saratoga) is required. Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline.

A minimum of two years of prior professional experience in the field, with a preferred focus on underserved or disadvantaged communities. Capable of evaluating recipient surveys and the processes related to them. Accumulated experience in monitoring and evaluation methodologies is required. Skilled in entering and evaluating data across both computer and mobile device platforms. Critical thinking skills and sound judgment are essential for effectively resolving operational issues. Proficient in fostering strong interpersonal relationships while maintaining unwavering honesty and integrity. • Candidates must possess robust physical fitness and demonstrate resilience in challenging weather conditions or rugged terrain.
