Read more about this company Executive Warehouse Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 0 - 1 years Location Abuja Job Field Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain   Keeping records of items shipped, received from project site, or transferred to other warehouse locations. To find, sort, or move goods within different parts of the warehouse. To compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory. To ensure the store is well organized, to maintain the neat and tidiness of the warehouse. To check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity & any specific condition. To develop and implement a (proactive) tools maintenance program. To ensure that maintenance reports are drafted properly. To ensure goods which goes out and come in from time to time are tracked properly. To ensure proper authorization for all goods entering and leaving the warehouse To input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and to check for accuracy. To ensure that all tool maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines. Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents) Requirements B.Sc. / HND in any discipline 0 - 1 year post NYSC experience Must have excellent communication skill Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
