L'Office des Nations Unies pour la coordination des affaires humanitaires (OCHA) recrute un(e) Humanitarian Affairs Officer (Risk Management and Compliance) pour son bureau de Goma, en République démocratique du Congo (RDC).
Ce poste est rattaché à la Division de la réponse aux crises (CRD) d'OCHA. OCHA est le département du Secrétariat des Nations Unies chargé de mobiliser les acteurs humanitaires afin de garantir une réponse cohérente aux urgences. L'organisation veille également à ce que chaque acteur dispose d'un cadre lui permettant de contribuer efficacement à l'effort global. Sa mission est de coordonner une action humanitaire efficace et fondée sur des principes, en partenariat avec les acteurs nationaux et internationaux, afin d'atténuer les souffrances humaines lors de catastrophes et d'urgences, de défendre les droits des personnes dans le besoin, de promouvoir la préparation et la prévention, et de faciliter des solutions durables.
