Responsibilities

RA Compliance Universe adherence

Ensure adherence to GSM standards with a compliance level consistently exceeding 99%, demonstrating meticulous attention to regulatory and procedural requirements. Develop and enforce Revenue Assurance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive RA manuals to address emerging risks and enhance the management of existing ones.

Increase Revenue by minimizing Revenue Leakage

Detect and plug revenue leakages. Identify missed revenue opportunities. Continuously evaluate service and revenue pathways while actively contributing to the enhancement of the RA control environment, ensuring emerging risks are addressed and existing leakages are minimized.

Data analytics and insights generation

Leverage multiple Database Management Systems to extract, process, and present data insights through advanced mining, analytical, and reporting techniques. Monitor revenue and subscriber KPIs to identify patterns, fluctuations, or potential declines, ensuring data-driven insights are captured for strategic decision-making. Monitor product performance and develop strategic insights to drive informed decision-making.

Institutionalize Best Practices & Leverage Group Synergies

Implement Group wide initiatives. The incumbent will assist project management teams in executing major system launches by conducting thorough risk assessments and ensuring First Time Right outcomes. Develop and expand the knowledge base while documenting essential learnings; uphold and refine existing compliance standards, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) templates, and established processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Implement new products with a commitment to achieving First Time Right standards. Collaborate with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the system architecture, end-to-end service flow, and revenue generation process, and subsequently conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases. Highlight to business the emerging risks.

Issue Closure

We will ensure seamless communication and collaboration with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to expedite the resolution of issues and achieve timely closures. When necessary, follow the established chain of command to escalate issues or concerns appropriately. Take ownership to get issues closed.

SQL and Reporting

Deliver accurate weekly and monthly reports punctually to meet business and Group RAM requirements. Management must be promptly notified of any and all incidents resulting in revenue loss. Understand and accurately apply business logic alongside established SQL guidelines and procedures to ensure precise data generation and mining. Compile management and regulatory reports promptly, ensuring they accurately reflect performance against established business key performance indicators. Adhere to SQL best practices to ensure accurate and efficient data extraction.

Internal Audit Score

Ensure strict compliance with all audit mandates and promptly resolve any identified issues to uphold organizational standards and mitigate risks effectively. Should strictly be satisfactory or above.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

Graduate: ICT Degree. Seeking candidates with proven expertise in the designated field, requiring a minimum of [X] years of hands-on professional experience. A minimum of one to two years of relevant experience in the Telecom, ICT, or Billing Assurance sectors is required. Proficiency in SQL is an essential requirement for this position.

Other requirements (Behavioural etc.)

Demonstrates strong proficiency in conveying information clearly and concisely through both spoken and written formats. Demonstrates proficiency in relational database architectures, data manipulation techniques, and methodologies for data extraction. Knowledge of charging principles, tariff models, interconnection, and roaming billing processes. Professional with a collaborative mindset thrives in team environments, effectively leading and aligning efforts to meet shared goals while structuring and steering dynamic brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and problem-solving. Proven capability to maintain a strategic perspective while remaining flexible and responsive to evolving circumstances. Demonstrates a solid understanding of project management methodologies, principles, and industry best practices.
