Develop and oversee comprehensive work plans to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with organizational objectives. Weekly field reporting must be completed, along with providing assistance for information sharing in donor reporting and proposal writing as needed. Attend and actively engage in weekly staff meetings as well as cluster team gatherings to present key issues and successes while also outlining the next steps for advancement.
