Ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship aligns with the established specifications and compliance standards. Collaborate with the site laboratory to confirm timely execution of all required field and laboratory tests and evaluate the resulting data. Ensure that levels, alignment, dimensions, layer thickness, compaction, and all other stipulated quality criteria are met. Identify non-conforming works and materials, document discrepancies, and assist in the preparation and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Verify that solely the most recent approved drawings, specifications, Its, and Method Statements are implemented on-site. Ensure all inspection, measurement, and testing equipment is maintained in proper calibration and remains valid for use. Ensure the precision and integrity of inspection reports, test results, checklists, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and all related quality documentation. Engage in collaborative inspections alongside the Consultant, the Client, and various subcontractors to ensure alignment and adherence to project standards. Oversee subcontractors’ activities to verify adherence to established project quality standards. Report any quality discrepancies and inspection outcomes to the Quality Control Engineer, Quality Assurance Specialist, or QC Manager in a timely and accurate manner. Conduct additional quality control tasks as directed by the supervisor.
