Le Data Intern aura pour
de soutenir Community Climate Solutions Zambia dans la gestion, le nettoyage, l'analyse et le reporting des données de projet. Il assistera l'équipe afin de garantir que les données collectées lors des activités de terrain soient correctement documentées, nettoyées et analysées pour appuyer le suivi, le reporting et la prise de décision du projet.
Responsabilités clés
Assister au nettoyage et à la validation des ensembles de données afin d'identifier les erreurs, incohérences, informations manquantes et doublons. Effectuer des contrôles de qualité de routine sur les données et assurer le suivi des écarts identifiés. Soutenir la préparation de synthèses de données, tableaux, graphiques et rapports de base. Aider à maintenir des dossiers de données organisés, tant électroniques que physiques. Apporter un soutien au personnel de terrain pour les questions de base liées aux données. Participer à la compilation des données hebdomadaires, mensuelles et trimestrielles du projet. Effectuer des analyses de données de base à l'aide d'Excel ou d'autres outils d'analyse pertinents. Garantir la confidentialité et la bonne gestion des informations relatives au programme et aux bénéficiaires. Assister l'équipe de données dans d'autres activités de gestion de données selon les besoins.
Qualifications et compétences essentielles
Être un jeune diplômé titulaire d'une licence en statistiques, science des données, technologies de l'information, informatique, suivi et évaluation, mathématiques, économie, études du développement, démographie ou un domaine connexe. Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel ou de Google Sheets. Connaissances de base en logiciels statistiques tels que Microsoft Office, Kobo Toolbox, Power BI ou plateformes similaires. Capacité à organiser et gérer de grandes quantités d'informations. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
