Field Operations Officer – ZETU COURIER (Lusaka, Zambie)
Zetu Courier Limited recrute un(e) Field Operations Officer pour superviser ses riders et son réseau d'agents. Basé à Lusaka, en Zambie, ce poste offre un salaire brut mensuel de K3 000 à K3 500. Nous recherchons une personne proactive et disciplinée, capable de gérer les opérations terrain et d'assurer un service de qualité.

Gérer les activités quotidiennes des riders et des agents.
Participer au recrutement, à l'intégration et à la formation de nouveaux riders et agents pour développer le réseau.
Effectuer des visites régulières sur le terrain pour vérifier les emplacements des riders, les sites des agents et les zones opérationnelles.
Assurer le suivi des performances des riders et des agents, ainsi que leur bien-être.
Assister l'équipe de dispatch pour garantir des livraisons et des collectes en temps opportun, et assigner les courses aux riders et agents conformément aux normes de l'entreprise.
Tenir des registres précis des riders, agents, itinéraires et activités terrain, et en rendre compte à la direction.
Résoudre les problèmes liés aux riders et aux agents, et maintenir de bonnes relations de travail.

Diplôme (niveau licence ou équivalent) en logistique, achats et approvisionnement, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.
1 à 2 ans d'expérience en travail de terrain ; une expérience dans le secteur de la livraison/coursier est un atout.
Solides compétences en organisation et en résolution de problèmes.
Capacité avérée à gérer des personnes et à travailler sur le terrain.
Sens de l'appropriation des indicateurs de performance (KPI) de livraison, capacité à identifier les goulots d'étranglement et à mettre en œuvre rapidement des actions correctives.
