Responsabilités du poste :
Préparer et gérer les estimations de coûts, les budgets et les métrés (Bills of Quantities - BOQs). Mesurer et évaluer les travaux réalisés pour les certificats de paiement intérimaires et finaux. Suivre les coûts du projet et fournir des rapports de coûts et des prévisions réguliers. Examiner et évaluer les variations, les réclamations et les travaux supplémentaires. Vérifier les évaluations des entrepreneurs, les factures et les documents justificatifs. Assister dans les appels d'offres, les achats et l'évaluation des devis des entrepreneurs. Tenir des registres précis des quantités, des coûts, des contrats et des dépenses du projet. Surveiller les dépenses par rapport au budget approuvé du projet et identifier les risques de coûts. Soutenir l'administration des contrats et la résolution des questions commerciales. Assurer la conformité avec les exigences contractuelles, les spécifications du projet et les normes industrielles pertinentes.
Qualifications :
Licence en métrage (Quantity Surveying), en science du bâtiment ou en génie civil/routier.
