Le titulaire du poste aura pour responsabilités :
Une solide expérience dans la cuisine chinoise, y compris toutes les variétés de nouilles et de riz.
Une connaissance approfondie de tous les aspects des plats chinois.
La maîtrise du barbecue et des équipements spécialisés chinois.
L'approvisionnement de toutes les denrées alimentaires.
Veiller à ce que les aliments cuits soient d'une excellente qualité et servis en temps opportun.
Planifier le menu en tenant compte du budget et de la disponibilité des ingrédients de saison.
Superviser toutes les opérations de cuisine.
Faire l'inventaire des ingrédients et de l'équipement, et passer des commandes pour réapprovisionner le stock.
Appliquer les normes de sécurité et d'hygiène dans la cuisine.
Créer de nouvelles recettes pour garder le menu frais.
Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie.
Recevoir les commentaires et apporter les améliorations nécessaires.
Veiller à ce que la cuisine soit propre en tout temps.
Suivre les pratiques appropriées de sécurité, d'hygiène et d'assainissement.
