Responsabilités clés :
Superviser les activités de maintenance préventive et corrective.
Dépanner les pannes mécaniques et électriques pour minimiser les temps d'arrêt.
Supporter la planification de la production et l'optimisation des processus.
Diriger les projets d'installation et de mise en service des machines.
Assurer la conformité aux normes de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement.
Surveiller la consommation d'énergie et de services publics et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de réduction des coûts.
Piloter les programmes d'amélioration continue et d'efficacité opérationnelle.
Licence en génie mécanique, génie manufacturier ou domaine connexe.
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de fabrication ou de transformation.
Bonne connaissance des systèmes qualité ISO 9001.
Forte capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Excellentes compétences en leadership et en communication.
Connaissance technique des machines industrielles et des systèmes d'usine.
Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais.
