This role reports to the Director of IT and oversees TNS Labs, the organization’s internal innovation hub responsible for developing and maintaining the technological infrastructure that powers software and AI systems across Techno Serve’s priority sectors. The Digital Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in scaling our mission by identifying, refining, and deploying high-potential technologies in close partnership with field programs, global teams, and external tech collaborators. This hands-on leadership position demands a blend of strategic vision, agile execution, and cross-functional teamwork to turn ideas into scalable solutions. Program Overview: TNS Labs serves as Techno Serve’s innovation engine, focused on uncovering and accelerating technology-based solutions that enhance the cost-efficiency and reach of our agricultural and entrepreneurship programs. Through close collaboration with internal teams and global tech partners, TNS Labs pilots, validates, and scales tools that expand access to knowledge, markets, and financing for smallholder farmers and entrepreneurs in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Key Responsibilities: – Work with the Director of IT to execute TNS Labs’ strategic roadmap, prioritizing technologies that redefine cost structures and elevate program outcomes in agriculture and entrepreneurship. – In partnership with leadership, guide technology initiatives from inception to global deployment, leveraging a “test, learn, iterate” methodology to refine approaches. – Lead the digitization of training programs, remote learning platforms, and data-driven applications tailored to sectors such as high-value agriculture and entrepreneurship. – Collaborate on business development efforts, including proposal development, donor engagement, and presenting technology solutions to secure funding. – Capture and share insights, best practices, and case studies across Techno Serve’s global network while building internal capacity through training and resource development. – Evaluate third-party
