Nous recherchons un ingénieur civil expérimenté dans les plans et conceptions de réhabilitation, capable de superviser la réparation, la restauration et la modernisation d'infrastructures existantes telles que des bâtiments et des installations.
Responsabilités clés
Évaluations de l'état : Inspecter les structures vieillissantes ou endommagées pour identifier les défauts structurels, la dégradation des matériaux et les besoins d'entretien.
Conception de réhabilitation : Élaborer des stratégies de réparation rentables, des schémas de renforcement et des dessins techniques à l'aide de logiciels tels qu'AutoCAD.
Estimation des coûts et devis : Préparer des devis détaillés, des estimations de matériaux et des prévisions de coûts de projet.
Supervision de chantier : Surveiller les travaux de réparation en cours pour garantir la conformité aux normes d'ingénierie, aux réglementations de sécurité et aux délais du projet.
Contrôle qualité : Tester les matériaux de renforcement (tels que la résistance du béton et l'intégrité de l'acier) pour vérifier qu'ils répondent aux exigences de sécurité.
Coordination des parties prenantes : Collaborer avec les entrepreneurs, les autorités locales et les clients pour gérer l'exécution du projet et résoudre les défis sur site.
Qualifications et exigences
Formation : Diplôme de licence en génie civil, en génie des structures ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience : 3 à 8 ans et plus d'expérience professionnelle axée sur la réparation d'infrastructures, la supervision de chantier ou la gestion de construction.
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils de CAO, de l'analyse structurelle, de la rédaction de rapports techniques et de la lecture de plans d'exécution.
Connaissances réglementaires : Familiarité avec les codes du bâtiment locaux, la législation en matière de santé et de sécurité et la conformité environnementale.
Qualifications professionnelles : Enregistrement professionnel auprès d'un organisme reconnu (tel que l'Institution d'ingénierie de Zambie pour la pratique locale).
