Sous la supervision de la Direction Générale et en collaboration avec les différents services, le/la Responsable Marketing & Communication sera chargé(e) de :
Élaborer les stratégies Marketing et Communication de l’entreprise ; Développer et animer les supports et contenus de communication (réseaux sociaux, site internet, affiches, flyers, textes, visuels, vidéos etc.) ; Organiser la participation de l’entreprise aux événements, campagnes de sensibilisation et actions promotionnelles ; Développer la communication et l'image de marque ; Soutenir le développement commercial ; Développer la relation et l'expérience client ; Pilotage et reporting.
Maîtriser les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Maîtrise des techniques d'étude de marché ; Segmentation et positionnement ; Marketing digital ; Analyse des performances commerciales. Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
Être créatif(ve), organisé(e), autonome et force de proposition.
