CIMMYT recherche un chauffeur pour assurer des services de transport sûrs et efficaces ainsi que des opérations de tracteur, en soutien aux activités de recherche sur le terrain et aux opérations au Sénégal. Le poste implique l'entretien des véhicules et des tracteurs, le respect des normes de sécurité et l'exécution de tâches logistiques. Les candidats doivent être titulaires d'un permis de conduire valide, avoir de l'expérience dans l'entretien de véhicules et être capables de faire fonctionner des machines agricoles. Ce poste exige fiabilité, professionnalisme et de bonnes compétences en communication.

Formation de niveau secondaire ou équivalent, permis de conduire valide pour véhicules légers et tracteurs/véhicules lourds, minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en tant que chauffeur et/ou opérateur de tracteur, connaissances de base en entretien de véhicules et de tracteurs, expérience dans l'opération de machines agricoles en milieu rural, expérience dans la tenue de carnets de bord de véhicules, compétences en conduite sûre et en opération de tracteur, compétences de base en mécanique et en dépannage, connaissance des réglementations de sécurité routière, bonnes compétences en organisation et en tenue de dossiers, capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe, flexibilité pour voyager fréquemment, bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
