The Operations Manager will oversee the establishment and early growth of LOGO’s Rwanda market, overseeing a lean launch with a small field team and initial swap stations, expanding alongside network development. This role encompasses the swap network, motorcycle and battery maintenance, logistics, asset management, customer relations, and Rwanda-based field operations. The ideal candidate will convert overarching business goals into actionable operational strategies, defining specific tasks and measurable targets for the field team while ensuring consistent execution and performance. This is a hands-on position requiring strong operational judgment, team leadership, and the capacity to manage multiple functions with minimal local support. Key Responsibilities: Swap Network Expansion Drive the operational deployment of LOGO’s swap network across Rwanda, from site evaluation to launch. Supervise station setup, including infrastructure, equipment, staffing, and operational readiness. Plan personnel, assets, and resources for each expansion phase. Ensure new stations launch on schedule while meeting LOGO’s operational standards from day one. Monitor station performance and address obstacles impeding expansion to new sites. Swap Operations & Customer Experience Oversee the daily operations of all LOGO swap stations in Rwanda. Achieve targets for swap volumes, station uptime, productivity, and customer experience. Monitor battery availability and station capacity to reduce rider wait times and service interruptions. Train and support Customer Experience Champions to deliver consistent, professional service. Track customer feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly and addressing root causes. Uphold safety, cleanliness, and station presentation standards across the network. Motorcycle & Battery Repairs and Maintenance Ensure the availability and operational condition of LOGO’s motorcycles and batteries in Rwanda. Manage technicians and coordinate with central teams for repairs and technical escalations. Monitor preventive maintenance compliance, repair turnaround times, downtime, and recurring faults. Oversee rescue and recovery operations, ensuring timely responses to field breakdowns. Provide technicians with necessary tools, parts, and resources while enforcing LOGO’s technical and safety standards. Logistics, Assets & Stock Control Manage the movement and deployment of motorcycles, batteries, and equipment across Rwanda. Maintain precise records and accountability for all motorcycles, batteries, and station assets. Coordinate with Supply Chain to monitor spare parts, consumables, and operational supplies. Track stock levels to prevent shortages that could disrupt service. Safeguard station cash, mobile money floats, and inventory through daily reconciliation, investigating discrepancies, and addressing misuse. Optimize asset
