Le Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement (PNUD) recrute un(e) Consultant(e) National(e) Genre, Normes Sociales et Environnementales (SES) et Engagement des Parties Prenantes dans le cadre du Project Preparation Grant (PPG) du projet GEF « Rural Electrification for Community Wellbeing » (PIMS 10511). Le/la consultant(e) sera chargé(e) de conduire les analyses genre, l'identification et la consultation des parties prenantes, l'élaboration des plans d'engagement des parties prenantes, l'intégration des considérations genre et SES dans les documents du projet, ainsi que l'appui à la préparation du ProDoc et du dossier de soumission au GEF.
Période de mission/services
40 jours de travail répartis entre juillet 2026 et mars 2027.
