[MISSIONS CLÉS]

  • Piloter la gestion financière, budgétaire et administrative
  • Superviser la trésorerie, la comptabilité et les obligations fiscales
  • Suivre les budgets et analyser les performances
  • Superviser les services généraux et la gestion administrative RH
  • Produire les tableaux de bord et reportings à la Direction Générale
  • Assurer l'interface et représenter la Direction auprès des autorités de régulation, institutions et instances compétentes, en veillant au suivi des obligations réglementaires et des relations institutionnelles

  • Bac+4/5 en Finance
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion et analyse financière
  • Expérience en reporting financier et états de synthèse
  • Maîtrise des ERP comptables et financiers
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et orientation résultats
  • Bonne connaissance du secteur du Mobile Money, de son environnement réglementaire et des exigences de conformité applicables
