Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme avancé en épidémiologie, santé publique, médecine ou domaine connexe (Master ou Doctorat fortement souhaité)
- Formation en informatique de santé ou systèmes d’information est un atout Compétences techniques :
Expérience
- Expérience significative dans la surveillance épidémiologique et la gestion des flambées
- Maîtrise de DHIS2/e-IDSR et des systèmes d’information sanitaire
- Connaissance approfondie des principes de surveillance intégrée des maladies (SIMR/IDSR)
- Expérience dans l’analyse de données épidémiologiques et la production de rapports
- Compétences en formation et mentorat du personnel de santé
- Connaissance des systèmes de connectivité (Starlink) est un atout
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) Compétences personnelles :
- Excellentes capacités de coordination et de représentation
- Aptitude à travailler avec de multiples parties prenantes (Ministère, partenaires, laboratoires)
Présentation du poste
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans des contextes d’urgence
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents dans la province
- Solides compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes Expérience demandée :
- Expérience significative dans la surveillance de la santé publique et la riposte aux épidémies
- Expérience de travail avec le Ministère de la Santé et les partenaires internationaux Instructions
