Nestlé recherche un Detailed Production Scheduler (DPS) et Materials Requirement Planner (MRP) pour soutenir la planification de la production, la disponibilité des matériaux et la coordination de l'entrepôt au sein de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de l'usine. Le rôle consiste à traduire le plan de production en un calendrier exécutable tout en veillant à ce que les matières premières et les matériaux d'emballage soient disponibles pour soutenir des opérations ininterrompues.

Planification détaillée de la production :
Créer un plan de production réalisable en tranches quotidiennes pour les produits finis, basé sur le programme directeur de production. Veiller à ce que les plans en vrac soient réalisables et basés sur la capacité démontrée.
Optimiser le séquencement de la production et l'utilisation de la capacité.
Suivre l'exécution du plan et résoudre les exceptions de production.Planification des matériaux et gestion des stocks :
Assurer la disponibilité des matières premières, des matériaux en vrac importés et des matériaux d'emballage pour répondre aux exigences de production.
Gérer les bons de commande, le suivi des fournisseurs et la couverture des stocks.
Gérer les stocks dans les limites des objectifs tout en garantissant l'approvisionnement et en minimisant la redondance.Coordination de l'entrepôt et des parties prenantes :
Soutenir la conformité de l'entrepôt et la performance opérationnelle.
Collaborer avec la production, les achats, les fournisseurs et les planificateurs.
Soutenir le planificateur d'approvisionnement dans la préparation et l'animation de la revue hebdomadaire de production.Ce qui fera votre succès :
Licence en production, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou discipline connexe.
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en planification et/ou MRP.
Connaissance de SAP/APO et solides compétences Excel.
Expérience en planification d'usine dans la fabrication FMCG requise.
Solides compétences en calcul et en résolution de problèmes.
