St. Austins Workshop Ltd, a trusted automotive service brand based in Nairobi since 1974, is seeking energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented individuals and organizations to join our team as Freelance Sales & Marketing Agents. This is a full-time, hybrid position open to candidates across the country, especially for vehicle parts sales, as we deliver parts country-wide via the customer's preferred means.
We offer the following services: Vehicle General Service, Motor Vehicle Bodyworks, Mechanical Repairs, Vehicle Spray Painting, Windscreen Fitting, Vehicle Upholstery, and Vehicle Parts Sales.
As a Freelance Sales & Marketing Agent, your responsibilities will include:
Promoting garage services including repairs and sale of spare parts. Identifying and attracting new clients, including individuals, corporate accounts, and fleet customers. Managing your clientele base effectively. Assisting in creating promotional offers to customers. Making follow-up calls to potential clients. Building and maintaining good customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Supporting business development activities and partnerships. Driving sales for the company by closing deals with customers.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
Good customer relationship management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, sales and marketing skills, telephone etiquette, time management, teamwork, and social media marketing.
Performance expectations include excellent customer satisfaction levels, increased customer retention and referrals, growth in individual and corporate clients sales, and timely response to customer inquiries.
The ideal profile includes good communication and interpersonal skills, experience in customer care, sales, or marketing (an added advantage), knowledge of automotive services (an added advantage), and a professional appearance and positive attitude.
