The Human Resources Officer at IOM will coordinate HR functions for the Country Office and its Sub-Offices, providing technical guidance and support to various Country Offices in the assigned Area of Responsibility. The role involves managing personnel files, overseeing payroll processes, coordinating recruitment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The officer will also assist in staff development and training activities, prepare administrative reports, and implement audit recommendations. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team. Master's degree in HR or related field 2 years of relevant experience or 4 years with a university degree High level of computer literacy in HR IT systems Experience in training module preparation Fluency in English and French Demonstrated writing skills Good knowledge of IOM/UN HR policies Excellent organizational and analytical skills
