Ce que ce poste implique Vous serez le garant de la qualité des données sur le terrain, entre Kalémie et les zones d’intervention. Au quotidien, vous concevrez des outils de collecte, formerez les enquêteurs locaux, analyserez les indicateurs et produirez des rapports pour guider les décisions des partenaires. Un poste clé pour transformer les chiffres en actions efficaces.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant Maîtrise des logiciels de collecte (KoboToolbox, ODK) et d’analyse (Excel, SPSS, Power BI). Expérience en gestion de base de données et rédaction de rapports. Sens aigu de la rigueur, capacité à former des équipes et à travailler en contexte isolé. La connaissance des langues locales (swahili) est un atout majeur.
