[MISSIONS CLÉS]
- Piloter la gestion financière, budgétaire et administrative
- Superviser la trésorerie, la comptabilité et les obligations fiscales
- Suivre les budgets et analyser les performances
- Superviser les services généraux et la gestion administrative RH
- Produire les tableaux de bord et reportings à la Direction Générale
- Assurer l'interface et représenter la Direction auprès des autorités de régulation, institutions et instances compétentes, en veillant au suivi des obligations réglementaires et des relations institutionnelles

- Bac+4/5 en Finance
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion et analyse financière
- Expérience en reporting financier et états de synthèse
- Maîtrise des ERP comptables et financiers
- Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et orientation résultats
- Bonne connaissance du secteur du Mobile Money, de son environnement réglementaire et des exigences de conformité applicables
