Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de l'ECOWAP adoptée en 2005, l'ARAA a choisi d'orienter sa démarche de certification vers le processus de gestion des appels à propositions de projets, un domaine dans laquelle elle ambitionne de jouer un rôle de premier plan et de s'affirmer comme une référence. À cet effet, il est prévu de recruter un consultant pour accompagner l'ARAA dans la mise en place d'un système de management de la qualité ISO 9001 du processus d'appel à propositions.
