Type de contrat : CDD de 12 mois renouvelable sous réserve de financement.

Formation / Diplômes : Ingénieur Agronome minimum (BAC+5).
Expérience : Bonne connaissance et expérience dans les programmes de sécurité alimentaire et relèvement économique ; Bonne maîtrise/notion des enjeux de redevabilité et protection transversale.
Présentation du poste : Bonne capacité d’analyse du contexte et des besoins humanitaires ; Bonne capacité de coordination et de représentation dans les clusters et groupes de travail ; Bonnes compétences en communication et en rédaction ; Bonne compétence technique des thématiques/activités : AVEC, AGR, étude de marchés, études filières et chaines des valeurs, nutrition communautaire, élevage.
Autres informations : Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Langues : Parfaite maîtrise du français et du swahili (lu, écrit, parlé) ; Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais parlé et écrit est un atout ; Bonne connaissance des langues locales parlées dans les zones d’interventions est un atout.
Qualités requises : Bonne capacité managériale ; Esprit d’équipe ; Être capable de travailler sous pression ; Bon niveau de communication écrite et orale ; Bonne capacité d’anticipation et organisationnelle.
Expérience demandée : Avoir au moins 4 ans à un poste similaire en ONG internationales ; Avoir une expérience en sécurité alimentaire (maîtrise des techniques culturales).
