La mission globale du Conseil est de contribuer à l'intégration des marchés céréaliers nationaux et régionaux, et ainsi d'accroître l'accès au marché et les revenus des acteurs de la chaîne de valeur céréalière, en particulier les petits exploitants agricoles. Sous la supervision du Responsable Financier, le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera chargé(e) de :
Gestion financière : aider à l'enregistrement des transactions comptables sur SAP Business One, tenir des dossiers financiers organisés et assurer la conformité avec les directives financières.
Traitement des paiements : traiter et préparer les paiements conformément aux budgets approuvés.
Assistance aux audits : soutenir les préparations d'audits internes et externes en rassemblant la documentation nécessaire.
Conformité : comprendre et contribuer à assurer le respect des politiques internes et des restrictions budgétaires.
Rapprochements : préparer les rapprochements bancaires mensuels et la gestion de la petite caisse.
Soutien aux achats : aider à maintenir les dossiers d'achat et comprendre les procédures appropriées.
Soutien logistique : aider à la coordination et à l'organisation des activités et réunions du programme.
**Qualifications, compétences et
s :**
Un diplôme de licence en administration des affaires ou en commerce.
ACCA/CPA – niveau minimum deux (2).
Maîtrise des applications informatiques telles que MS Office et les logiciels de comptabilité – par exemple SAP Business One sera un atout supplémentaire.

Solide connaissance et expérience des exigences de financement des bailleurs de fonds institutionnels.
Esprit d'équipe.
Intégrité, initiative et organisation.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, faire preuve de flexibilité et être prêt à assumer une gamme de missions imprévues.
