Fondée en 1995, Montaigne Place a débuté son parcours dans le secteur de la beauté au Nigeria en tant qu'agent et distributeur exclusif de la prestigieuse marque Clarins. Aujourd'hui, ses activités s'étendent à la vente au détail, au commerce de gros et au spa & bien-être, avec sa division phare, Montaigne Place, qui compte un réseau de quarante (40) points de vente à travers le Nigeria, stratégiquement situés à Lagos, le pôle commercial du pays, à Abuja, la capitale, à Port Harcourt, ainsi que dans d'autres grandes villes.

Responsabilités
- Encadrer les autres et travailler efficacement avec l'équipe du magasin.
- Superviser, assigner et diriger les activités de l'équipe du magasin.
- Communiquer efficacement les informations à l'équipe du magasin et aux superviseurs de manière ouverte et opportune.
- Soutenir l'équipe du magasin avec des plans d'action pour l'amélioration opérationnelle et du service.
- Aider les clients dans leurs questions, problèmes et réclamations.
- Promouvoir la culture de service client de l'entreprise (accueillir, offrir de l'aide, remercier).
- Fournir aux collègues un retour personnalisé sur le service client et du coaching.
- Traiter toutes les questions relatives aux relations clients conformément à la politique de l'entreprise.
- Promouvoir une expérience d'achat positive pour tous les clients.
- Maintenir la confidentialité des clients en ne partageant pas les données clients sans autorisation.
- Réapprovisionner les étagères.
- Gérer les niveaux de réapprovisionnement et le réassort depuis le siège pour le magasin.
- Mener des activités de marchandisage conformément aux directives de marque approuvées.
- Rendre compte des matériels promotionnels et de soutien aux ventes.
- Organiser et exécuter la présentation et l'entretien des marchandises hors rayon.**

- Les candidats doivent être titulaires d'un BSC/HND.
- Doivent avoir le certificat de fin de service NYSC ou une lettre d'exemption.
- 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en magasin de détail.
- Une expérience en tant que responsable de magasin ou de point de vente dans un environnement de vente au détail et/ou une expérience dans l'industrie du luxe, de la boutique ou de la mode avec un carnet de clients est fortement souhaitée.
- Une expérience avec un système de point de vente au détail est très nécessaire.
- Précision et souci du détail.
- Capacité à organiser et à prioriser une variété de tâches/projets.**.
