We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven client engagement & conversion specialist to join our team at Maven SIDD. In this role, you will be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into active clients by combining top-tier client relationship management with strategic sales execution. You will handle a high volume of company-provided leads, utilizing multi-channel communication, including phone, email, and social media platforms, to nurture prospects, resolve inquiries, and close deals. By leveraging CRM systems, digital tools, and AI productivity platforms, you will drive monthly growth targets while delivering an exceptional client onboarding experience.
