Le Data Entry Officer sera chargé de saisir toutes les données dans différentes bases de données informatiques. En outre, il devra gérer et maintenir un archivage efficace, organiser les fichiers pour collecter des informations en vue d'une utilisation future.
Responsabilités clés :
Rapprochement des rejets :
Désappliquer les remises initiales.
Réappliquer en fonction de la remise réelle.
Identifier les rejets par rapport à des factures spécifiques.
Qualifications :
Minimum d'un diplôme de licence dans une discipline pertinente.
Expérience préalable en saisie de données.
Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel.
Expérience de base en comptabilité.
