Nakasero Hospital recrute un Revenue Protection Financial Accountant pour renforcer son équipe financière. Ce poste clé consiste à analyser les flux de revenus, identifier les écarts et garantir l'exactitude financière de toutes les transactions.
Vos
incluent la réalisation d'audits, la réconciliation des comptes et la mise en place de contrôles visant à réduire les fuites de revenus. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes internes et externes pour détecter et résoudre les pertes potentielles, minimiser les créances impayées et améliorer l'efficacité de la trésorerie.
un candidat doté de solides compétences analytiques, d'une maîtrise des logiciels comptables et d'une bonne compréhension des principes de reconnaissance des revenus. Un diplôme de bachelor en comptabilité ou en finance, ainsi qu'une expérience pertinente en assurance des revenus ou en audit financier, sont requis.
Vous justifierez également d'une expérience confirmée dans l'analyse de données complexes, la modélisation financière, la prévision et la gestion budgétaire. Une excellente communication, un leadership démontré dans l'amélioration des processus et une maîtrise d'Excel et des systèmes ERP sont essentiels.
