Store Supervisor x2 Yalelo seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, guaranteeing optimal stock availability, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate will optimize resource allocation to maintain seamless operational efficiency. Location : The role will be based in Senanga. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and responsibilities:

• Oversee the sales performance of the store or outlet to ensure operational targets are met.
• Disseminate sales goals and targets to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. You are responsible for submitting scheduled sales reports punctually, adhering to the organization’s established guidelines and timelines.

• Foster strong connections and cultivate meaningful relationships with clients. The Store Supervisor position requires the following qualifications:
• A diploma in Sales and Marketing or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Grade 12 Certificate. Seeking candidates with a minimum of [X] years of professional experience in the relevant field, along with any preferred certifications or professional affiliations that enhance their expertise.
• Customer Service Experience. Leadership Experience: Candidates with prior experience in a comparable role will be given preference.
• Prior experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is highly desirable. This is a full-time role requiring the candidate to maintain availability for work on both weekdays and weekends. Senior candidates with strong ties to Penang are strongly preferred.
