Helen Keller Intl recrute un Manager, Program Delivery (Systèmes alimentaires) pour son bureau de Kinshasa, en République Démocratique du Congo. Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre du programme Transforming Lives Through Nutrition, avec pour mission de coordonner les interventions liées aux systèmes alimentaires et à la nutrition.
Le contrat proposé est un CDD de 7 mois renouvelable. La .
une Licence (Bachelor’s degree) est exigée. Un master en agriculture, nutrition, sciences sociales ou une certification technique pertinente constitue un atout.
Expérience et compétences : le candidat idéal devra justifier de 5 à 7 ans d’expérience pertinente, dont au moins 2 ans en gestion de projets. Une bonne connaissance des systèmes et outils MEAL appliqués aux programmes de systèmes alimentaires ou de nutrition est requise, ainsi qu’une expérience dans la contribution à l’élaboration de propositions de projets destinées à des bailleurs de fonds institutionnels majeurs. Sur le plan personnel, il devra faire preuve de capacité à bâtir la confiance en tenant ses engagements, contribuer à façonner et faire progresser l’orientation d’une fonction ou d’un pays en clarifiant les priorités et en gérant le changement avec clarté et résilience, et posséder de bonnes compétences en leadership et gestion d’équipe. Une bonne maîtrise du français est indispensable ; la connaissance de l’anglais est un atout.
