Job Description:
Carpenters are responsible for the structural and on-site installation of timber and other building components. Their key responsibilities include:
Roof construction and trusses, formwork (shuttering) for concrete works, door and window frame installation, flooring installation, ceiling framework, staircase construction, timber partitions and temporary site structures.
Joinery:
Doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, shelves, furniture, wooden paneling, decorative woodwork.
