HRM Office, a technology-driven Human Resource services provider across Africa, is recruiting for the position of Accountant. The organization focuses on recruitment, onboarding, talent development, payroll, performance management, organizational development, and outsourcing, aiming to make HR more strategic, efficient, and cost-effective for businesses with real-time data and virtual collaboration.
Location: Old Ojo Road, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping. Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Monitor cash flow and daily sales reconciliation. Oversee inventory records and stock valuation. Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements. Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements:
HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–4 years’ experience in Accountant, preferably in a retail, pharmacy, or FMCG environment. Professional certification (ICAN / ATS / ACCA) is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and inventory accounting. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proximity within location is highly considered.
Salary: N150,000 – N230,000 monthly (Negotiable based on experience).
