Responsabilités :
Développer des stratégies pour accroître la clientèle, augmenter le trafic en point de vente et optimiser la rentabilité. Atteindre les objectifs du point de vente en formant, motivant, encadrant et fournissant des retours aux équipes. Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client grâce à un service excellent. Maintenir l'état des points de vente et les normes de merchandising visuel. Rendre compte des tendances d'achat, des besoins clients, des profits, etc. Proposer des idées innovantes pour augmenter la part de marché. Gérer tous les problèmes émanant du personnel ou des clients (par exemple, réclamations, griefs). Participer au développement de nouvelles stratégies de marketing produit pour les clients existants et potentiels.

Diplôme B.Sc. en administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Expérience réussie et prouvée en tant que représentant commercial, superviseur de magasin, responsable marketing, responsable expérience client ou poste similaire. Compétences en leadership et orientation business. Compétences en gestion de la clientèle. Solides compétences organisationnelles. Bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Maîtrise de MS Office ainsi que des logiciels CRM.
