Leveraging its advanced commercial and energy management expertise, the company collaborates with utilities, industrial clients, and digital infrastructure operators to deliver customized power solutions through long-term contracts, corporate PPAs, and powered-land arrangements that expedite data center deployments. The HSE Intern will contribute to the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Company’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) Management System, fostering a workplace that prioritizes safety, health, and environmental responsibility. Under the supervision of the HSE Manager and HSE Officer, the intern will support compliance monitoring with HSE policies, legal obligations, and industry best practices while gaining hands-on experience in power generation operations, maintenance activities, contractor oversight, environmental protection, and emergency preparedness. Key responsibilities include assisting in the execution of the HSEQ Management System, participating in routine HSE inspections of power plants, workshops, warehouses, offices, and operational sites, and supporting hazard identification, risk assessments (JSA/JMA), and the implementation of risk mitigation measures. The intern will monitor adherence to safe work practices, including Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Ragout (LOT), confined space entry, working at height, lifting operations, hot work, and electrical safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves conducting safety observations, reporting unsafe behaviors, conditions, and near misses, as well as assisting in incident investigations, including data collection, root cause analysis, and report preparation. The intern will also support environmental monitoring initiatives, such as waste segregation, hazardous waste management, spill prevention, emissions tracking, and pollution control measures.
